I’ve lost 10 pounds in 7 weeks which is fine with me. When I wake up, I’m totally fine like nothing ever happened. I have to go take a nap and I have the terrible burning pain with a few loose bowel movements. I felt GREAT and was totally loving this 30 billion. After a few days I had diarrhea for a few days then began having normal bowel movements 1-3 times per day which is an increase from 1-2 times per week for me.
