4/9/2023 0 Comments Meridian behavioral healthThe Billing Analyst is responsible for the review, education, maintenance, reporting and improvement of all aspects of the Revenue Cycle. Position requires a more advanced knowledge base of the insurance claim cycle, Accounts Receivable, Excel, Outlook and Word. The work of the Analyst is highly independent however, the Director monitors progress closely. The Billing Director directly evaluates this position through standards of performance reviews, weekly reports, and audits of the claiming log. Through the analysis of specific data, the Analyst works to improve the Revenue Cycle production and efficiency. Assures all established billing, systems, and process requirements are met in order to ensure timely and optimal reimbursement. The Billing Analyst provides oversight and support for Billing Specialists and workflow. The work requires the use of independent judgment and initiative in carrying out day-to-day duties and responsibilities and while under the supervision of the SR Vice President of Human Resources, work is primarily done independently with only general oversight. The work requires specialized management, professional, technical, and/or business expertise. S/he oversees the performance/development of his/her team. S/he is to ensure that reporting positions are adequately and consistently staffed, are managed in accordance with professional and/or contractual, regulatory or legal standards and Meridian policy/procedure, and performs to the level specified for that unit in the annual plan and/or budget. Participates as part of a team approach to solving workplace issues. This individual will work on HR projects to include policy development and rollouts, design/conduct functional skills training on use of the Predictive Index, interviewing and other recruiting topics. This position partners with internal clients to develop recruiting strategies develops and implements cost effective recruitment plans that minimize time-to-fill provides consultation throughout the selection process to maximize fit and retention develops and builds hiring processes for a variety of levels from temporary staffing to executive placement. ![]() This position is responsible for the operational aspects of the centralized recruiting process and for ensuring the organization's goals are met through sourcing and screening the highest quality talent. This is a highly responsible management position accountable for planning, organizing, and directing many phases of a comprehensive and diversified recruiting program. Willing to be an active participant in client restraints, as needed. ![]() Performs other duties as required to meet program and departmental goals and objectives Regularly attends and participates in daily treatment team meetings to ensure appropriate client careĪdministers care based on the client's individualized Treatment Plan, assessment of client status, and progress toward desired outcomesĬonducts psycho-educational groups and therapeutic activities according to the individualized treatment plan at direction of Unit Counselor and/or SupervisorĮnsures accuracy and concurrency in documentation Establishes and maintains a welcoming therapeutic relationship with clients while working collaboratively with doctors, nurses, emergency screeners, unit counselors, and other staff to provide the best therapeutic experience for the patientĮnsures care is coordinated within Meridian and external agencies caring for our patientsĬoordinates discharge planning and post discharge contact to reduce recidivismĬonducts family meetings and gathers collateral information for treatment and discharge planning
